واقع ومتطلبات نجاح المؤسسات الناشئة كآلية جديدة لدعم الاقتصاد الرقمي في الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان دور المؤسسات الناشئة كآلية جديدة لدعم الاقتصاد الرقمي في الجزائر من خلال مساهمتها في تعزيز مستوى الإبداع والابتكار، وتحويل الأفكار المطروحة إلى مشاريع ناجحة وبالتالي مواكبة الاقتصاد الوطني للتطورات الاقتصادية العالمية. اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، وتوصلنا إلى أن رقمنة الاقتصاد ضرورة ملحة لأي إقلاع اقتصادي منشود، ولهذا سعت الدولة الجزائرية جاهدة من أجل نجاح مجال المؤسسات الناشئة وذلك بوضع تسهيلات أمام الشباب الطموح ذو الأفكار الإبداعية والابتكارية، ومحاولة إدخال الرقمنة في مختلف القطاعات. This study aims demonstrate the role of Start-ups as a new mechanism to support the digital economy in Algeria through its contribution to enhancing the level of creativity and innovation, and transforming the ideas put forward into successful projects and thus keeping pace with the national economy with global economic developments. In our study, we relied on the descriptive and analytical approach, and we concluded that the digitization of the economy is in urgent necessity for any desired economic launch, and for this reason the Algerian state has striven for the success of the field of Start-ups by proving facilities for ambitious youth with creative and innovation ideas, and trying to introduce digitization in various sectors.
