دراسة ميدانية لأثر الإرشاد الجماعي في التخفيف من العدوانية لدى التلميذ المراهق من وجهة نظر مستشاري التوجيه المدرسي و المهني بمدينتي - قالمة و الطارف -

Résumé: الملخَّـص: تظهر في الثانويات سلوكيات مرضية كالعدوانية، ويعجز مستشاري الإرشاد في الثانويات عن مواجهتها لقلتهم وتعدد مهامهم، هذا ما دفعنا للبحث في الموضوع الذي يأخذ أهميته من خطورة العدوانية ومن أهمية فئة التلاميذ المراهقين ، كما يهدف إلى إبراز أسلوب اقتصادي في الوقت والجهد وتوسيع المساعدة الإرشادية ، وشملت الدراسة فصولا نظرية حول كل من الارشاد النفسي الجماعي ، العدوانية، المراهقة وجانبا تطبيقيا ووفقا لفروض الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي كما أعدت الباحثة استمارة البحث، واتفق غالبية المستشارين على أن الإرشاد الجماعي يخفف العدوانية عند التلميذ المراهق. Résumé : Dans l’établissement scolaire , on voit plusieurs types de comportement pathologiques , et on constate moins de conseillers d’orientations , ce qui représente le premier objectif de cette étude , et qui est importante compte tenu de l’étendue du phénomène et de la catégorie des adolescents écoliers touchées ,Son objectif est d’élargir l’aide psychologique en mettant d’abord une méthode économique en temps et demandant moins d’effort : le counseling de groupe. L’étude inclue des chapitres théoriques : le couseling de groupes, l’agressivité et l’adolescence et un chapitre pratique , selon l’approche descriptive utilisée selon différente hypothèse , un formulaire est conçu à cet effet, Les résultats confirment que le counseling et efficace sur la diminution de l’agressivité. Summary : In the educational establishment, we see many types of pathological behaviors , in contrast the least of orientation counselors and their multiple tasks, and this represents the objective of this study , it’s importance comes from the phenomenon of aggression, and the category of adolescents schoolboy; it aims to broaden the indication of psychological help by highlighting the economic method in time and effort : the group counseling , The study has a theoretical chapters : the group counseling, aggression ,adolescence, and a practical part in the descriptive approach used according to the hypotheses, likewise a form prepared for that, the results confirmed that group counseling has an influence on the reduction of aggressive behaviors of the adolescent schoolboy.
