معوقات التوجيه والإرشاد في التعليم الثانوي من وجهة نظر مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني- دراسة ميدانية بولاية بومرداس-

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن معوقات التوجيه والإرشاد في مؤسسات التعليم الثانوي، من خلال دراسة الفروق بين أفراد عينة الدراسة تبعا لمتغير الأقدمية المهنية، المؤهل العلمي و التخصص. من أجل ذلك قمنا بتطبيق مقياس المعوقات الإرشادية للباحث موفق مراد 2012 على عينة اختيرت بطريقة عشوائية قوامها 90 مستشارا للتوجيه و الإرشاد المتواجدين بمركزي التكوين المهني بومرداس و برج منايل، و بعد تحليل النتائج بواسطة الحزمة الإحصائية توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية :- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المعوقات الإرشادية لدى مستشاري التوجيه و الإرشاد المدرسي و المهني تعزى لمتغير الأقدمية المهنية .- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المعوقات الإرشادية لدى مستشاري التوجيه و الإرشاد المدرسي و المهني تعزى لمتغير التخصص. Abstract: The current study aims to reveal the obstacles to guidance and counseling in secondary education institutions, by examining the differences between the members of the study sample according to the variable of professional seniority, educational qualification and specialization. For this purpose, we applied the measure of the counseling obstacles of the researcher Mowaffaq Mourad 2012 on a randomly selected sample of 90 counselors for guidance and counseling located in the vocational training centers in Boumerdes and Bordj Manayel, and after analyzing the results using the statistical package, we reached the following results: - There are statistically significant differences. The counseling obstacles of school and vocational guidance counselors are attributed to the variable of professional seniority. - There are no statistically significant differences in the counseling obstacles of school and vocational guidance and counseling counselors due to the variable of specialization. keywords: Guidance and Counseling Obstacles, Secondary Education, School and Vocational Guidance and Counseling Counsellors
