أثر أبعاد القيادة الأخلاقية على النزاهة التنظيمية في المؤسسة الاستشفائية المتخصصة الأم والطفل بالجلفة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر أبعاد القيادة الأخلاقية على تحقيق النزاهة التنظيمية في المؤسسة الاستشفائية المتخصصة الأم والطفل بالجلفة، من خلال دراسة ميدانية باستخدام الاستبانة التي وزعت على عينة عشوائية من (100) عامل، من أصل مجتمع الدراسة المكون من (440) عامل. وبعد التحليل باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة (SPSS، Smartpls).خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: - يوجد تأثير للقيادة الأخلاقية بصفتها متغير مستقل على النزاهة التنظيمية بصفتها متغير تابع للعاملين في المؤسسة الاستشفائية المتخصصة الأم والطفل بالجلفة عند مستوى معنوية (0.05=α). - لا توجد فروقات إحصائيا في تأثير القيادة الأخلاقية على النزاهة التنظيمية في وجود المتغيرات المعدلة (الجنس، العمر، الخبرة، المستوى التعليمي، التصنيف الوظيفي)عند مستوى معنوية (0.05=α). This study aims to know the impact of the dimensions of ethical leadership on achieving organizational integrity in the specialized hospital institution for mother and child in Djelfa, through a field study using a questionnaire distributed to a random sample of (100) workers, out of the study population consisting of (440) workers. After analysis using appropriate statistical methods (SPSS, Smartpls).
