أثر القيادة الرشيقة في إدارة الازمات دراسة حالة جامعة غرداية

Résumé: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى بحث وتحديد اثر وتأثير القيادة الرشيقة على إدارة الازمات في جامعة غرداية، وتم هيكلة الدراسة عن طريق متغيرات المتمثلة بالقيادة الرشيقة كمتغير مستقل بأبعادها و إدارة الازمات كمتغير تابع. وقد اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي و التحليلي كما ان مجتمع الدراسة عبارة عن قادة الجامعة ومن اجل الوصول الى هدف الدراسة توزيع 55 استبانة على افراد العينة و قد تم التحليل على 50 استبانة باستخدام برنامج spss للتحليل الاحصائي وذلك لتحديد الأثر و اختبار الفرضيات في ظل البيانات المتاحة. وقد توصلت الدراسة الى نتائج أهمها: تتوفر ابعاد القيادة الرشيقة بمستوى جيد لدى قادة جامعة غرداية ، إضافة الى وجود علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القيادة الرشيقة و إدارة الأزمات، مما يؤكد بوجود اثر للقيادة الرشيقة على إدارة الازمات. من خلال ما توصلنا اليه في هذه الدراسة قدمنا بعض نصائح متمثلة في وضع طرق إدارة جديدة باستخدام أساليب الرشاقة الإدارية من خلال التدريب على القيادة الرشيقة كمسار رئيسي لحل الازمات في أقل وقت ممكن، وبناء ثقافة تشجع الأساليب الإدارية الحديثة وذلك لمواجهة الازمات متوقعة و الغير متوقعة This study aims to research and determine the impact and impact of agile leadership on crisis management at the University of Gardia, and the study is structured through variables of agile leadership as an independent variable in its dimensions (humility, trust, calm, objectivity. and the patience of wisdom) and crisis management as a subordinate variable. The researcher has followed the descriptive and analytical curriculum and the study community is a Ghardaia phrase of university leaders in order to reach the study's objective of distributing 55 identifications to sample individuals. The analysis has been done on 50 identifications using the SPSS statistical analysis program to determine the impact and test hypotheses under available data. The study found results, the most important of which: The rational leadership has a good level of leadership among the leaders of the University of Ghardaia, as well as a statistically significant expulsion relationship between agile leadership and crisis management, which confirms the impact of agile leadership on crisis management. Through our findings in this study, we have provided some tips in developing new management methods using management agility methods through training in agile leadership as a key path to resolving crises in the least possible time, and building a culture that encourages modern management methods to cope with predictable and unexpected crises.
