دراسة كفاءة النظام الجبائي الجزائري للفترة (2016-2022)

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف الدراسة لتقييم فعالية النظام الجبائي الجزائري فالنظام الجبائي له مكانة هامة في تمويل الخزينة العمومية وعنصر من عناصر الميزانية العمومية وتعتبر الجباية احد الأدوات السياسة المالية لتوجيه الاقتصاد وتحقيق حماية اجتماعية للأفراد. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي في جانبه النظري ودراسة تحليلية لكفاءة النظام الجبائي الجزائري للفترة من 2016 إلى غاية 2022 في جانبه التطبيقي من خلال معايير تقيس كفاءته, وتوصلت الدراسة إلى تدني مستوى كفاءة النظام الجبائي الجزائري وعدم تمتعه بالمرونة الكافية لاستغلال الطاقة الجبائية وذلك حسب المؤشرات المحسوبة للسنوات الأخيرة. :Abstract The study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Algerian tax system, the tax system has an important place in the financing of the public treasury and an element of the balance sheet and the collection is one of the tools of fiscal policy to guide the economy and achieve social protection for individuals The study relied on the descriptive approach in its theoretical aspect and an analytical study of the efficiency of the Algerian tax system for the period from 2016 to 2022 in its applied aspect through criteria that measure its efficiency, and the study found that the level of efficiency of the Algerian tax system is low and does not have sufficient flexibility to exploit tax energy, according to the indicators calculated for recent years
