صراع الأدوار لدى الطالبة العاملة والمتزوجة وعلاقته بتوافقها الأكاديمي لدى عينة من طالبات جامعة الوادي

Résumé: لملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية لمعرفة العلاقة بين صراع الأدوار والتوافق الأكاديمي لدى الطالبة العاملة والمتزوجة،. وقد اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي، حيث تمّ استخدام مقياس صراع الدور من إعداد لبيبة عبد الرحمن (2018)، ومقياس التوافق الأكاديمي من إعداد آمنة ومبروكة (2020) واشتملت الدراسة على (50) طالبة من طلبة ليسانس والماستر بجامعة الوادي، وتوصلت إلى النتائج التالية: - أن هناك علاقة ارتباطية بين صراع الأدوار والتوافق الأكاديمي لدى الطالبات. - وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين صراع النظرة للذات والتوافق الأكاديمي لدى الطالبات. - وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين صراع العلاقة بالزوج والتوافق الأكاديمي لدى الطالبات. - لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين صراع العلاقة بالأبناء والتوافق الأكاديمي لدى عينة الدراسة. - وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين صراع النظرة للدراسة والتوافق الأكاديمي لدى الطالبات. - وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين صراع النظرة للعمل والتوافق الأكاديمي لدى الطالبات. The current study aimed to find out the relationship between role conflict and academic compatibility among working and married students. In our study, we relied on the correlative descriptive approach, where the role conflict scale prepared by Labiba Abdel Rahman (2018), and the academic compatibility scale prepared by “Adili” (2016) was used. The study included (50) undergraduate and master’s students at El-Wadi University. to the following results: - There is a correlation between role conflict and academic compatibility among female students. - There is a statistically significant correlation between the conflict of self-perception and the academic compatibility of the female students. - There is a statistically significant correlation between the relationship conflict with the husband and the academic compatibility of the female students. - There is no statistically significant correlation between the relationship conflict with children and the academic compatibility of the study sample. - There is a statistically significant correlation between the conflict of view of the study and the academic compatibility of the female students. - There is a statistically significant correlation between the conflict of outlook for work and the academic compatibility of the female students.
