Résumé: الملخص: نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء نظرة على واقع التعليم عن بعد في فترة الدراسة، من خلال تقديم لمحة بسيطة عن جائحة كوفيد 19، ظهورها وانتشارها، والحاجة إلى التعليم عن بعد، معرفة الإجراءات والمبادرات الهادفة لتقليل آثار الجائحة في أوساط الجامعة، مناقشة أهم حول التحديات التي تعيق التعليم عن بعد من خلال استقصاء آراء الطلبة وتقديم اقتراحات تحسّن الوضع انطلاقا من عرض الواقع. وقد توصلنا إلى عدم فعالية التعليم عن بعد بالشكل المطلوب، بالرغم من الجهود المبذولة وفي ظل الإمكانيات المتاحة. كما تم اقتراح مجموعة من النقاط التي تجعل التعليم عن بعد أكثر فعالية، من هذه النقاط ما هو موجّه إلى وزارة التعليم العالي والجامعات بما فيها الأساتذة، ومنها ما هي موجّهة للطلبة. ABSTACT: This study aims to shed light on the reality of distance learning in the study period. By providing a glimpse of the COVID 19 pandemic, its emergence and spread. In addition, the need for distance education, knowledge of actions and initiatives aimed at reducing the effects of the pandemic in the university community, a more important discussion on the challenges to distance education, by surveying students' opinions and making suggestions for improving the situation from the presentation of reality. It concluded that distance education is not as effective as required, despite the efforts made and with the possibilities available. A range of points has also been proposed; that make distance education more effective, from those addressed to the Ministry of Higher Education and universities, including professors.
