مشكلات النشر العلمي في المجلات العلمية لدى طلبة الدكتوراه - دراسة ميدانية على عينة من طلبة الدكتورته

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على المشكلات الشخصية والإدارية والمنهجية التي تعيق عملية النشر العلمي في المجلات العلمية لدى طلبة الدكتوراه ، كذلك إستخدم المنهج الوصفي ، حيث تم توزيع أداة الاستبيان إلكترونيا على عينة قصدية بلغ حجمها 30 مفردة من طلبة الدكتوراه تخصص علم الاجتماع ، ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة : أن المشكلات الشخصية للنشر العلمي في المجلات العلمية تتمثل في نقص الخبرة بنسبة 63,33 %، وفردية الأبحاث وغياب العمل الجماعي بنسبة 53,33 % ، وأما أهم المشكلات الإدارية فكانت الاعتماد على الوساطة والمحسوبية في نشر الأبحاث العلمية بنسبة 50%، غياب معايير واضحة للتحكيم بنسبة 76,66 %، وتعزى المشكلات المنهجية الى عدم الالتزام بقالب المجلة العلمية بنسبة 66,66 % الكلمات المفتاحية: النشر العلمي، المجلات العلمية، طلبة الدكتوراه. This study aimed to identify the personal, administrative and methodological problems that impede the scientific publishing process in scientific journals for doctoral students, as well as the use of the descriptive approach, where the questionnaire tool was distributed electronically to an intentional sample of 30 PhD students from the specialization of sociology, and one the most important results studying: the personal problems of scientific publishing in scientific journal are represented in the lack of expérience by 63,66 %, the individuality of research, the absence of teamwork by 53,33%, the most important administrative problems are the reliance on médiation and nepotism in publishing research scientific problems by 50%, and for the absence of Clear criteria for control, It was 76,66%, and the methodological problems indicate non-compliance with the scientific journal Template by 66,66% and non-adhérence to the marginalization Method by 83,33%.
