أثر مبادئ حوكمة المؤسسات على استقلالية وموضوعية محافظ الحسابات

Résumé: الملخص يعتبر وجود محافظ الحسابات كجهة رقابية خارجية أحد ركائز ومقومات الاقتصاد الوطني الذي يعتبر بمثابة الترياق المضاد للفساد المالي والإداري، نظرا لإضفائه نوعا من الموثوقية والمصداقية على القوائم المالية، خدمة لحقوق المساهمين وأصحاب المصالح، حيث أن قيام محافظ الحسابات بهذا الدور المحوري يفرض عليه أن يبقى محافظا على استقلاليته التي تعد شرطا اساسيا في مهنة مراجعة الحسابات. وتهدف دراستنا إلى معرفة دور قواعد العمل محافظ الحسابات في تعزيز مبدأ الإفصاح والشفافية لحوكمة المؤسسات وقد توصلت النتائج إلى وجود العلاقة ذات دلالة المعنوية بين قواعد العمل محافظ الحسابات ومبدأ الإفصاح والشفافية. Our study aims to identify the role of external auditor in applying corporate governance principles. The results have reached à significant relationship between the Independence and objectivity of the external auditor and the application of the principles of governance.
