محافظ الحسابات ودوره في تفعيل حوكمة المؤسسات-دراسة حالة مكتب محافظ حسابات-

Résumé: ملخص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على العلاقة التي تربط محافظ الحسابات بحوكمة المؤسسات، والدور الفعال الذي يلعبه هذا الأخير في تفعيل الحوكمة بها. لقد تم التوصل من خلال هذا البحث إلى أن محافظ الحسابات يملك مجموعة من المؤهلات العلمية والعملية تمكنه من بناء رأي معلل عن مدى عدالة القوائم المالية ومن تم توصيل النتائج للأطراف المعنية وبالتالي فهو يعمل على تفعيل حوكمة المؤسسات وذلك عن طريق تحقيق مبدأ الإفصاح والشفافية والعدالة. Abstract: This research aims to shed light on the relationship between auditor and corporate governance, and the effective role that the latter plays in activating corporate governance. Through this research, it was found that the auditor has a set of scientific and practical qualifications that enable him to build a reasoned opinion on the fairness of the financial statements and the results were communicated to the interested parties, and therefore he works to activate corporate governance by achieving disclosure, transparency and fairness.
