عمالة الأطفال : الأسباب والآثار الصحية والنفسية والاجتماعية على الطفل " دراسة ميدانية في مدينتي الوادي و ورقلة Child Labor: Health, Psychological, And Social Causes And Effects On The Child: A Field Study In The Cities Of El-oued And Ouargla

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلي معرفة الدوافع الشخصية التي تدفع بالأطفال إلى دخول سوق العمل و معرفة الآثار النفسية والاجتماعية وكذا الصحية لظاهرة عمالة الأطفال على الأطفال،وتوضيح الأسباب والعوامل المؤدية لانتشار ظاهرة عمالة الأطفال في كل من مدينتي الوادي و ورقلة كنموذج من المجتمع الجزائري ومن خلال هذا التقديم نطرح التساؤلات الآتية: - ما هي أهم الأسباب الكامنة وراء انتشار ظاهرة عمالة الأطفال في مدينتي الوادي و ورقلة؟ - ما هي الآثار النفسية والاجتماعية والصحية الناجمة عن عمالة الأطفال على الأطفال أنفسهم؟ و بعد المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات المستقاة من إستمارة المعلومات المبنية خصيصا لهذه الدراسة تبين أن : - هناك عدة أسباب تدفع الأطفال إلى اقتحام سوق العمل منها أسباب إقتصادية مثل تدني أجر الأب و المعيل لهؤلاء الأطفال و أيضا وفاة الأب و كبر حجم الأسرة و في بعض الحالات بسبب طلاق الوالدين. تترتب عدة أثار نفسية و اجتماعية لعمالة الأطفال من بينها عدم الاستمتاع بمرحلة الطفولة التي تعتبر من أهم المراحل البنائية في شخصية الفرد ،كما تبين أن التسرب المدرسي و التأخر الدراسي من الآثار المحتملة لعمالة الأطفال. This study aims to know the personal motives that push children to enter the labor market and to know the psychological, social as well as health effects of the phenomenon of child labor on children, and to clarify the causes and factors leading to the spread of the phenomenon of child labor in both the cities of El-Oued and Ouargla as a model of Algerian society and through this presentation We ask the following questions: - What are the main reasons behind the spread of child labor in the cities of El-Oued and Ouargla? What are the psychological, social and health effects of child labor on the children themselves? After the statistical processing of the data obtained from the information form specially built for this study, it was found that: There are several reasons that push children to enter the labor market, including economic reasons, such as the low wages of the father and breadwinner for these children, the death of the father, the large size of the family, and in some cases due to the divorce of the parents. - There are several psychological and social effects of child labor, including not enjoying the childhood stage, which is one of the most important structural stages in the personality of the individual, as it was found that school dropout and academic delay are among the possible effects of child labor.
