واقع التعليم عن بعد خلال جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر أساتذة وطلاب قسم علم النفس بجامعة تلمسان

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة واقع التعليم عن بعد خلال فترة جائحة فيروس كورونا، من وجهة نظر أساتذة وطلبة قسم علم النفس بجامعة تلمسان؛ ولإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة تم إتباع خطوات المنهج الوصفي، وذلك من خلال بناء أدوات الدراسة والمتمثلة في استبيان إيجابيات وسلبيات التعليم عن بعد، واستبيان معوقات التعليم عن بعد، وبعد التأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية لأدوات الدراسة تم تطبيقها على عينة من أساتذة وطلبة قسم علم النفس بجامعة تلمسان، والبالغ عددهم (10) أستاذا و(30) طالبا تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية لنتائج الدراسة تم التوصل إلى أن أكثر إيجابيات التعليم عن بعد انحصرت في: ربح الوقت والجهد، سهولة وسرعة التواصل، ضرورة استخدام التعليم عن بعد للوقاية والحد من انتشار فيروس كورونا، توفر التعليم في أي مكان وزمان؛ بينما كانت سلبيات التعليم الالكتروني كالآتي: انعدام العلاقة الإنسانية بين الأستاذ والطالب، سير العملية التعليمية في اتجاه واحد الاتجاه العمودي من الأستاذ إلى الطالب فقط، فيما تمثلت معوقات التعليم عن بعد في ضعف شبكة الانترنت في بعض المناطق، ونقص الميزانية المخصصة للتعليم عن بعد، ونقص الدورات التدريبية، وكذا صعوبة التقويم. The current study aims to learn about the barriers to distance education during the coronavirus pandemic, from the point of view of professors and students of the Department of psychology at Tlemcen University, to answer the questions of the study, the steps of the descriptive curriculum were followed, this is through the construction of the study tool represented by the distance learning disabilities questionnaire, after confirming the psychometric characteristics of the study tool was applied to a sample of professors and students of the Department of psychology at Tlemcen University, the number of (10) professors and (30) students selected in a deliberate manner, After statistical analysis of the results of the study, it was found that the most positive aspects of distance education were: the cost of time and effort; the ease and speed of communication; the need to use distance education to prevent and reduce the spread of the coronavirus; the availability of education anywhere and anytime; while the disadvantages of e-education were as follows: the lack of ; And obstacles of distance education is the weakness of the internet in some areas; and the budget allocated for distance education; transfer of training; and difficulty ratings.
