الاتزان الانفعالي و علاقته بالرضا عن الحياة لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي دراسة ميدانية بإبتدائيات دائرة متليلي - ولاية غرداية – Emotional Balance And Its Relationship To Life Satisfaction Among Primary School Teachers A Field Study In The Elementary Schools Of Metlili District - Ghardaia -

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى محاولة التعرف على مستوى كلّ من الاتزان الانفعالي و الرضا عن الحياة لدى أساتذة الطّور الابتدائي. ثم معرفة مدى مساهمة الاتزان الانفعالي في تنبؤ بالرضا عن الحياة من جهة، وفي الأخير معرفة دلالة الفروق في علاقة الاتزان الانفعالي بالرضا عن الحياة باختلاف متغير الجنس. وقد بلغ قوام العينة 107 معلّما ) ذكور20-إناث87)،تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي بالمدارس مدينة متليلي ولاية غرداية خلال السنة الدراسية2019/2020. واشتملت الأدوات المستخدمة في هذه الدراسة على مقياسين و هما مقياس الاتزان الانفعالي و مقياس الرضا عن الحياة.وقد توصّلت الدراسة إلى ارتفاع مستوى كل من الاتزان الانفعالي و الرضا عن الحياة عن المتوسط لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي عموما. والى مساهمة الاتزان الانفعالي في التنبؤ الرضا عن الحياة لدى عينة الدراسة،. والى عدم وجود فروق في علاقة الاتزان الانفعالي بالرضا عن الحياة باختلاف متغير الجنس. اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي الملائم لطبيعة الدراسة، كما اعتمدنا على تحليل النتائج باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية عن طرق برنامج (spss). The study aimed to try to identify the level of emotional balance and life satisfaction among primary school teachers. Then knowing the extent to which emotional balance contributes to predicting life satisfaction on the one hand, and finally knowing the significance of the differences in the relationship of emotional balance to life satisfaction according to the sex variable. The sample consisted of 107 teachers (20 males - 87 females), who were randomly selected from primary education teachers in schools in the city of Metlili, Ghardaia state, during the 2019/2020 school year. The tools used in this study included two scales, namely, the emotional balance scale and the life satisfaction scale. The study found that the level of both emotional balance and life satisfaction was higher than the average among primary education teachers in general. And to the contribution of emotional balance in predicting life satisfaction among the study sample. And there are no differences in the relationship of emotional balance to life satisfaction according to the sex variable In our study, we relied on the descriptive approach appropriate to the nature of the study, and we also relied on analyzing the results using statistical methods by means of the (spss) program.
