البيوتيقا وتحدياتها المعاصرة في ظل مجتمع المعرفة

Résumé: يكتسي العالم اليوم تطورا هائلا في مجال الطب والبيولوجيا، وهذا ما أدى إلى ظهور أزمات خطيرة تهدد كيان الإنسان ومستقبله، وحتى هويته وكرامته، ممّا تطلب ظهور مبحث فلسفي جديد يحاول التوفيق بينه وبين الأخلاقيات، وسمي بالبيوتيقا، أي أخلاقيات الطب والبيولوجيا، والتي بدورها حاولت التوفيق بين الطب والأخلاق، أو بصيغة أخرى إقامة علاقة حوار وتآزر بين مجال الطب والبيولوجيا والقيم الأخلاقية في ظل الكرامة الإنسانية. إن الثورة البيولوجية وما نتج عنها من مشاكل أخلاقية جديدة، وما صاحب ذلك من ازدهار في التكنولوجيا الحيوية، صاحبه نكوص في التفكير الفلسفي ومنه الأخلاقي، ولكن هذا الأمر لم يدم طويلا، بحيث أنه سرعان ما استرجعت الفلسفة مكانتها، محاولة بذلك اقتحام هذا الميدان العلمي، من أجل التوفيق بينهما واضطلاع الأطباء بالمسؤوليات والواجبات الجديدة عليهم تجاه مرضاهم. The world today is witnessing a tremendous development in the field of medicine and biology, and this is what has led to the emergence of serious crises that threaten the existence of man and his future, which required the emergence of a new philosophical study, called Biotics, which in turn tried to create a relationship of dialogue and synergy between the field of medicine, biology and ethical values in light of human dignity. The biological revolution, and the accompanying boom in biotechnology, was accompanied by a regression in philosophical and ethical thinking, but this matter did not last long, so that philosophy quickly regained its position, trying to break into this scientific field, in order to reconcile them and carry out the responsibilities of doctors And the new duties they have towards their patients.
