دوافع المقاول وتأثيرها في نمو الم.ص.م - دراسة عينة من المقاولين لولاية البويرة-

Résumé: هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة أثر دوافع المقاول في إنشاء المؤسسة على نمو المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة قمنا بدراسة عينة من المقاولين بولاية البويرة، وتم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة أساسية لجمع بيانات الدراسة، في حين اعتمد على برنامج SPSS في تحليل النتائج واختبار الفرضيات. حيث كشفت نتائج الدراسة أن الدوافع الشخصية للمقاولين تؤثر إيجابا في نمو المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة محل الدراسة، في حين أن الدوافع العائلية والمادية للمقاولين لا تؤثر في نمو المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة محل الدراسة. This paper aimed to study the impact of the entrepreneur's motives in establishing the enterprise on the growth of small and medium-size enterprises (SMEs), and to achieve the objectives of this, we have studied a sample of entrepreneurs in the province of Bouira (Algeria). A questionnaire was used as a basic tool for collecting the data, while we have relied on the SPSS program for analyzing the results and testing the hypotheses of the study. The results revealed that the personal motives of the entrepreneur affect positively growth of SMEs, while the family motives and material motives of the entrepreneurs do not affect the growth of SMEs under study
