Résumé: This study aims to identify the impact of the application of organizational justice on the organizational commitment of employees at the Setram Organization in Ouargla. To address the issue, we adopted the descriptive-analytical method to describe the dimensions of the phenomenon and analyze its effects. A field study was conducted at Setram, relying on interviews with the organization's officials to explore the phenomenon and a questionnaire to measure employees' perceptions. The study involved a final random sample of 60 employees from the organization under study. Data were processed and analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program. The results revealed a moderate level of both organizational justice and organizational commitment within the organization under study. There was a statistically significant correlation between the dimensions of organizational justice (distributive, procedural, interactional) and organizational commitment within the organization under study. However, the impact of organizational justice on commitment was weak, indicating the presence of other factors that enhance commitment. There were no statistically significant differences in employees' organizational commitment attributed to personal variables (gender, age, educational qualification, years of experience)
