السياسة العامة للنقل بالجزائر دراسة حالة ميدانية للنقل بولاية تمنراست من سنة 2005 إلى سنة 2015

Résumé: الهدف الرئيسي من الدراسة هو علاج موضوع السياسة العامة للنقل في الجزائر و التطرق لواقع النقل بولاية تمنراست لذلك تطرقنا في الفصل الأول للمفاهيم الأساسية للسياسة العامة و النقل و السياسات العمومية للنقل و قمنا بإحاطة حول السياسات العمومية للنقل و واقعها و مؤسساتها و صيغها بالجزائر ، ثم تحليل و تقييم السياسة العامة لقطاع النقل و ما نتج عنها من مشاكل و آثارها على مستوى الأفراد و المجتمع بالوطن و تطرقنا للتعريف بولاية تمنراست و شبكات النقل بها و معوقات القطاع التي تحول دون تطور القطاع محليا مع تدعيم الدراسة بإستبيان لتشخيص واقع السياسة العامة للنقل و إنعكاساتها على المستوى المحلي لولاية تمنراست.The main objective of the study is to address the issue of public transport policy in Algeria and to address the reality of transport in the state of Tamanrasset. Therefore, we discussed in the first chapter the basic concepts of public policy, transport and public policies of transport, and we briefed on the public policies of transport and its reality and institutions and formulas in Algeria, And the evaluation of the general policy of the transport sector and the resulting problems and effects on the level of individuals and society in the homeland and addressed the definition of the state of Tamanrasset and transport networks and the constraints of the sector, which prevent the development of the sector locally with the support of the study questionnaire to diagnose the reality of public policy for purity And its implications at the local level of Tamanrasset
