Spectrum تقدير احتياجات الصحة الإنجابية للسكان في الجزائر بإستخدام برنامج الطيف الديموغرافي

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تقدير احتياجات الصحة الإنجابية للسكان، من خلال التعرف على الوضعية الديمغرافية الراهنة في البلد ،والتعرف على وضعية الصحة الإنجابية ومختلف مؤشراتها مع محاولة رصد مختلف الفجوات والنقائص التي تعتري هذا القطاع ،كما هدفت إلى تحديد الاحتياجات العامة للصحة الإنجابية، والتعرف على مستوى التغطية الصحية الراهنة للصحة الإنجابية ،ومحاولة إبراز أهم القصور والتحديات القائمة ،اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج التحليلي الوصفي، توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود عدة فجوات ونقائص تعتلي الصحة الإنجابية، ابرزها نقص بيانات وإحصاءات صحيحة في ظل غياب نظم متطورة تساعد على عمليات جمع المعطيات وتحليلها، التوزيع الجغرافي غير العادل لمختلف المرافق والموارد البشرية، ضعف التغطية الصحية في مجال الصحة الإنجابية وتدني مستوى التثقيف الصحي. من بين أبرز الاحتياجات التي تم تحديدها، ضرورة إعادة النظر في المنظومة الصحية من خلال ترتيب الأولويات، إذ يُلاحظ أن تركيز السياسات الحالية على توفير الهياكل والمستخدمين دون إيلاء أهمية كافية لجودة الخدمات المقدمة. ////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// This study employs a descriptive analytical approach to investigate the reproductive health needs of the population, examining the prevailing demographic landscape and assessing the status of reproductive health indicators. The research aims to identify gaps and shortcomings in reproductive health services, evaluate the current level of health coverage, and elucidate the primary challenges and limitations. The findings reveal significant deficiencies in reproductive health, including inadequate data and statistics, inequitable distribution of healthcare facilities and personnel, limited health coverage, and insufficient health education. Notably, the study highlights the imperative to reassess the healthcare system, prioritizing quality service delivery over mere infrastructure and personnel availability, in order to effectively address the reproductive health needs of the population.
