تأثير اكتساب المفردات على القدرات القرائية عند الأطفال الصم الحاملين للزرع القوقعي والسالمين سمعيا، دراسة مقارنة The Effect Of Vocabulary Acquisition On The Reading Abilities Of Deaf Children With Cochlear Implants And Hearing Impaired, A Comparative Study

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على تأثير اكتساب المفردات على القدرات القرائية عند الأطفال الحاملين للزرع القوقعي والسالمين سمعيا، وذلك لأن الرصيد المفرداتي يتطور بدرجات متفاوتة عند الأطفال زارعي القوقعة . فالطفل الزارع للقوقعة قد يتمكن من اكتساب الرصيد المفرداتي اللازم والطبيعي ما بين (7.6 سنوات) مقارنة بالسالمين سمعيا، فيتعلم الأصم الزارع للقوقعة القراءة كونها تحتاج إلى رصيد مفرداتي، ولاكتساب المفردات تأثير على القدرات القرائية للطفل، فهذه الأخيرة تتطلب تسلسلا من المهارات ينطلق من التعرف على الكلمة، استخدام السياق، الذاكرة، والفهم. بما أن قلة الرصيد المفرداتي عند الحامل للزرع القوقعي له تأثير على قدراته القرائية، اخترنا عينة تكونت من مجموعتين المجموعة الأولى (أطفال سالمين سمعيا) والمجموعة الثانية (أطفال حاملين للزرع القوقعي)، تتراوح أعمارهم بين 9-11 سنة، السنة الرابعة ابتدائي. وبتطبيق المنهج الوصفي ومجموعة من الأدوات تتمثل في: اختبار رافن للذكاء، اختبار الفهم التركيبي والدلالي، اختبار القراءة، أسفرت النتائج على أن اكتساب المفردات يؤثر فعلا على القدرة القرائية حيث أنه كلما ارتفعت المفردات تزيد القدرة القرائية والعكس صحيح. Abstract: The current study aimed to identify the effect of vocabulary acquisition on the reading abilities of children with cochlear implants and who are not hearing, because the vocabulary balance develops to varying degrees in children with cochlear implants. A child with a cochlear implant may be able to acquire the necessary and natural vocabulary balance at an age between (7.6 years) compared to the hearing-impaired, so the deaf cochlear implanter learns to read because it needs a vocabulary balance, and for acquiring vocabulary has an impact on the child’s reading abilities, the latter requires a sequence of skills that stems from Word recognition, use of context, memory, and comprehension. Since the lack of vocabulary balance for a cochlear implant holder has an impact on his reading abilities, We chose a sample that consisted of two groups, the first group (children with sound hearing) and the second group, children with cochlear implants, aged between 9-11 years, the fourth year of primary school. By applying the descriptive approach and a set of tools represented in: Raven’s intelligence test, the syntactic and semantic comprehension test, and the reading test, the results showed that the acquisition of vocabulary actually affects the reading ability, as the higher the vocabulary, the higher the reading ability and vice versa.
