التحديات الأمنية في القدس العثمانية من خلال المصادر الفرنسية في القرن الثامن عشر : تمرد البدو نموذجا

Résumé: ملخص: لا تزال الكتابات التاريخية التي تناولت بالبحث و الدراسة موضوع البدو وتهديداتهم المستمرة للوجود العثماني في بلاد الشام خلال القرن الثامن عشر قليلة لاسيما المصادر الفرنسية منها، وما كتب جاء في معظمه كلاما سطحيا وعاما عار من الصحة وتغلب عليه الرواية السمعية ،غير أن انتقال رحالة وإقامتهم بأنفسهم وسط البدو لشهور طويلة جعل الضوء يسلط من جديد عليهم وعلى تهديداتهم التي أخذت منحى سياسي خطير -خاصة باعتداءاتهم المتكررة على قافلة الحج الشامي التي تجسد هيبة السلطان العثماني- باتت تشكل مصدر قلق دائم للدولة العثمانية ،شأن الرحالة الفرنسي دي فولني الذي زار مصر وسورية مابين سنوات1783-1784-1785 ونشر رحلته في كتاب من جزأين سنة 1787 حمل عنوان : Voyage En Syrie Et En Egypte Pendant Les Années 1783-1784-1785 نستنتج من هذا البحث أ ن الرحالة الفرنسي فولني لم تختلف أفكاره عن غيره من الرحالة الأجانب المتكالبين على الدولة العثمانية والذين حملوها مسؤولية تمرد البدو بل كل الحركات الإنفصالية.حيث دعا وشجع على تطبيق النظرية الإستعمارية في هذه المنطقة التي توصف بقلب العالم القديم . Abstract The historical writings that dealt with research and sudy on the issue of the Bedouins and their constant threats to the Ottoman presence in the Levant during the eighteenth century are still few , espcially the French sources and what was written was mostly superficial and general talk that was untrue and overpowered by the audio narration. However,the movement of the travellers and their residence among the Bedouins for many months made the lights shine on them and their threats which took a dangerous political curve especially their repeated attaks on the Shami pilgrimage caravan,which embodies the prestige of the Ottoman Sultan ,became a constant source of concern for the Ottoman Empire ,like the French traveller De VOLNEY who visited Egypt and Syria between the years 1783-184-1785 and published his journey in a two –part book in1787,it which bore the title : A Journey To Syria And Egypt During The Years1783-1784-1785. We conclude from this research that the French traveller Volney ’s idea did not differ from those of other foreign travellers who rebelled against the Ottoman empire and who held it responsible for the Bedouin rebellion .Rather,all.Volney called for the application of colonial theory in this region which is described as the heart of the ancient world .
