نحو هندسة مالية اسلامية لإدارة مخاطر الصكوك الاسلامية

Résumé: تواجه الصكوك الاسلامية رغم كفاءتها وقدرتها على تحقيق الاهداف الاقتصادية، كل مخاطر الادوات المالية الربوية مضافا اليها مخاطر خاصة بها مرتبطة بالصيغ التمويلية الاسلامية والضوابط الشرعية، وهو ما جعلها في حاجة ماسة لحلول الهندسة المالية الموافقة للشريعة الاسلامية. وفي هذا الإطار تأتي هذه الورقة البحثية لوضع آليات لمعالجة مخاطر الصكوك اعتمادا على أدوات الهندسة المالية الإسلامية. The Islamic bonds despite their efficiency and their ability to achieve the economic goals, are facing all the risks of usurious financial instruments, add to that their own risks related to the Islamic funding formulas and to the Shariah’ regulations. Under these conditions, the Islamic bonds need the solutions of the Islamic financial engineering. This paper highlighted the mechanisms to solve risks of sukuk based on the Islamic financial engineering.
