آليات الهندسة المالية في إدارة مخاطر معاملات الصكوك الإسلامية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز أهمية الهندسة المالية الإسلامية في إدارة مخاطر التعامل بالصكوك الإسلامية، بإعتبار أن هذه الأخيرة، أصبحت اليوم تعتبر من أبرز منتجات الصناعة المالية الإسلامية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن للهندسة المالية آليات لإدارة مخاطر التعامل بالصكوك الإسلامية، ومن أبرز هذه الآليات دراسات الجدوى، وكفاءة الإدارة والرقابة عليها، والضمانات بالإضافة الى التأمين التعاوني، الاحتياطيات، التحوط والتنويع. وعلى ضوء ذلك فإننا نوصي بضرورة مراعاة المؤسسات المالية الإسلامية المصدرة للصكوك الإسلامية الضوابط الشرعية لإصدار وتداول تلك الصكوك، فذلك صمام الأمان لحسن إدارة مخاطر هذا النوع من الصكوك. The Objective of this Study is to explain the importance of Islamic Financial Architecture in managing the risk of dealing with Islamic Sukuk, considering that is now one of the most prominent products of the Islamic financial Industry.The Study concluded that Financial Engineering has mechanisms to manage the risk of dealing with Islamic instruments. The Most prominent of these mechanisms are feasibility studies, efficiency and control of management, guarantees in addition to cooperative insurance, reserves, hedging and diversification. We Recommend that Islamic financial institutions that issue Islamic Sukuks should take into consideration the Shari'ah Regulations for the issuance and circulation of these instruments. This is the safety valve for the proper management of the risks of this type of Sukuk.
