-أثر الاتصال الداخلي على الميزة التنافسية بالمنظمات السياحية -دراسة عينة من فنادق ولاية بجاية

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس تأثير تطبيق مفهوم الاتصال الداخلي على الميزة التنافسية بالمنظمات السياحية الجزائرية، عينة الدراسة تمثلت في المسيرين ورؤساء الأقسام بمجوعة فنادق لولاية Béjaia، تم استخدام الاستبيان كطريقة لجمع البيانات الأولية بتوزيع ما مجموعه 40 استبانه استرجع منها 32 استبانة، تم تحليل النتائج باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS V26. توصلنا إلى نتيجة مفادها أن هناك أثر إيجابي لتطبيق مفهوم الاتصال الداخلي على الميزة التنافسية بالمنظمات السياحية عينة الدراسة ، فالاتصال الداخلي يؤثر على كل من التكلفة، الجودة، التميز لكن لا يوجد له تأثير على بعد المرونة بالمنظمات السياحية عينة الدراسة. Abstract: This study aims to measure the impact of the application of the concept of internal communication on the competitive advantage of Algerian tourism organizations. The sample of the study was the managers and heads of departments of the hotel group of the state of Béjaia. The questionnaire was used as a method of collecting primary data by distributing a total of 40 questionnaires, of which 32 questionnaires were retrieved. The results were analyzed using the statistical program SPSS V26. We reached the conclusion that there is a positive impact of the application of the concept of internal communication on the competitive advantage of tourism organizations, the study sample. Internal communication affects both cost, quality, and excellence, but there is no impact on the flexibility dimension of tourism organizations, the study sample.
