أثر أخلاقيات الأعمال على فاعلية المؤسسة الوطنية للدهن وحدة الإنتاج بالأخضرية

Résumé: This research paper aims to highlight the impact of business ethics on the effectiveness at the National Enterprise of Paints in its Lakhdaria,s unit. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire to gather the primary information from study sample which consisted (151) employees from the various administrative levels. The statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze and examine the hypotheses. The results of this study revealed that a significant statistical impact of business ethics on the effectiveness in Lakhdaria unit of Paints at level (α≤ 0.05). Where the responses of the respondents were positive towards the relevant variables to integrity; respect; responsibility, loyalty, equity and transparency which positively affected time management, exploitation of resources and skills management.
