أثر أخلاقيات الأعمال في تفعيل نظام الرقابة الداخلية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية دراسة مقارنة بين(مؤسسة الإسمنت عين التوتة، مؤسسة سونلغاز ، مؤسسة الوطنية للسيارات الصناعية
Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر أخلاقيات الأعمال في تفعيل نظام الرقابة الداخلية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية حيث شمل مجتمع الدراسة بعض المؤسسات الاقتصادية والمتمثلة في مؤسسة الإسمنت عين التوتة ( الوحدة التجارية بتقرت) ،مؤسسة سونلغاز حضري بورقلة، مؤسسة الوطنية للسيارات الصناعية بورقلة، وقد تم اعتماد استمارة الاستبيان لقياس العلاقة بين المتغيرين(أخلاقيات الأعمال ونظام الرقابة الداخلية). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنه يوجد وعي بأخلاقيات الأعمال بأبعادها (الموضوعية والاستقلالية ،الأمانة والاستقامة ،النزاهة والشفافية) في المؤسسات محل الدراسة ،كما أظهرت نتائج تحليل الارتباط أنه توجد علاقة طردية إيجابية ضعيفة لأخلاقيات الأعمال بأبعاده على نظام الرقابة الداخلية . وأوصت الدراسة بوضع وتعزيز أخلاقيات الأعمال في المؤسسات الاقتصادية من خلال ترسيخ المبادئ الأخلاقية عبر الإجراءات التنظيمية لهذه المؤسسات للرفع من أداء أفرادها ،مما سيعكس إيجابا على فعالية نظام الرقابة الداخلية وبالتالي على نجاح المؤسسة . The study aims to identify the impact of business ethics in the activation of the internal control system in the economic institutions which included a study population of some economic institutions and of cement Foundation appointed Mulberry, Sonelgaz Foundation, the National Foundation for industrial vehicles. The was adopted questionnaire to measure the relationship between two variables (Business Ethics and internal control system). The study found that there is awareness of the ethics of business dimensions (objectivity and independence, the Secretariat, integrity, impartiality and transparency) in the institutions under study, and the results of correlation analysis showed that there was a direct correlation to weak positive business ethics dimensions of the internal control system The study recommended the development and promotion of business ethics in economic institutions through the consolidation of ethical principles through the regulatory procedures of these institutions to raise the performance of its members, which will reflect positively on the effectiveness of internal control system and therefore on the success of the enterprise.
