المنظومة الإفريقية والحق في التنمية African Organization And The Right To Development

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى عرض مسار منظمة الوحدة الإفريقية في تبني الحق في التنمية، مبرزة الجهود التي بذلتها في إرساء ركائز دعم التعاون و التكامل الاقتصادي الإفريقي بتبني خطة عمل "لاجوس"، ليليها إنشاء الجماعة الاقتصادية الإفريقية كركيزة محورية لهذا التكامل، فعلى الدول الإفريقية ضمان ممارسة هذا الحق باعتباره حق مزدوج للفرد والشعوب. استجاب القادة الأفارقة إلى المتغيرات الدولية والإقليمية، فسعوا إلى إيجاد تنظيم أكثر فعالية يتماشى مع "إعلان الألفية وأهداف التنمية" بدلا عن منظمة الوحدة الإفريقية، وتفعيل العمل الجماعي الإفريقي بإعادة هيكلة الدول الإفريقية في إطار "الشراكة من أجل تنمية إفريقيا" و "الأجندة الإفريقية 2063" في كنف الاتحاد الإفريقي. This study aims to demonstrate the path of the Organization of African Unity in embracing the right to development and to highlight its efforts to lay the foundations of supporting African economic cooperation and integration through the Lagos Action Plan, which subsequently established the African Economic Community as such an entity subject of change. This right is a dual right of the individual and the people. In response to international and regional changes, African leaders sought to find an effective organization more aligned with the Millennium Declaration and Development Goals than the Organization of African Unity, and to initiate African collective action by uniting African countries within the framework of Partnership for African Development and Africa Agenda 2063 under the African Union.
