أثر دوافع العمل على التزام العاملين في مركب تمييع الغاز الطبيعي "gnl1/z " بوهران The Impact Of Work Motives On The Commitment Of Employees Of The Natural Gas Liquefaction Compound "gnl1 / Z" In Oran

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة للكشف عن أثر دوافع العمل على الالتزام التنظيمي لدى موظفي مركب تمييع الغاز الطبيعي "GNL1/Z " بوهران؛ حيث تم توزيع إستبانة على عينة عشوائية مكونة من 99 عامل، تم تفريغ وتحليل الإجابات بالاعتماد على البرنامج الإحصائي (spss). وباستخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية واختبارات الانحدار البسيط والمتعدد تم اختبار فرضيات الدراسة. خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لدوافع العمل على الالتزام التنظيمي للموظفين العاملين في المؤسسة، ويرجع هذا الأثر إلى الدوافع المهنية والنفسية دون بقية الدوافع. This study aimed to uncover the effect of work motives on organizational commitment of the natural gas liquefaction compound employees "GNL1 / Z" in Oran. Where a questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of 99 workers, the answers were unpacked and analyzed, depending on the statistical program (SPSS). And by using the arithmetic means, standard deviations, simple and multiple regression tests, the study hypotheses were tested. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant effect of work motives on the organizational commitment of the employees working in the organization, and this effect is due to professional and psychological motives without the rest of the motives.
