القيادة التحويلية كمدخل لتعزيز تنمية الموارد البشرية في المؤسسة الإقتصادية - دراسة ميدانية بمركب تمييع الغاز الطبيعي بولاية سكيكدة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد دور القيادة التحويلية في تعزيز تنمية الموارد البشرية في مركب تمييع الغاز الطبيعي بولاية سكيكدة، وقد تم الإعتماد على الإستبيان كأداة رئيسية في جمع بيانات الدراسة وذلك بتوزيعه على عينة عشوائية مؤلفة من 90 عامل. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى ممارسةنمط القيادة التحويلية مرتفع، كما أن مستوى تنمية الموارد البشرية مرتفع، بالإضافة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد القيادة التحويلية على تنمية الموارد البشرية. This study aimed to define the role of transformational leadership in promoting human resource development in skikda natural gas liquefaction complex; so that it has been focused on the use of questionnaire as a principal tool in collecting the study data’s by distributing it to a random sample of 90 workers. The study concluded that the level of practicing the transformational leadership way reached a high level as well as human resource development, in .addition to that there is a statistically significant impact of the dimensions of the transformational leadership on the human resource development
