قراءة في تطور المسؤولية الجزائية للشخص المعنوي في ضوء تعديلات قانون العقوبات الجزائري

Résumé: إن التطورات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والتكنولوجية،أدت لانتشار الشخص المعنوي وأصبح يقوم بدور كبير، ويمتلك العديد من الإمكانيات فيما يمارسه من أنشطة،وقد يرتكب أفعالا تلحق أضرار جسيمة تفوق الضرر الذي يحدثه الشخص الطبيعي،وقد أدى هذا الانتشار إلى اتساع الجرائم المرتكبة الواقعـة منها على الأشخـاص أو الأموال،وأضحى غطاء يتستر به لارتكاب أفعال مضرة بأمن الدولة في الداخل أو الخارج عن طريق ممثليه ،لذلك أقر المشرع الجزائري بمبدأ المسؤولية الجزائية للأشخاص المعنوية بموجب تعديل قانون العقوبات رقم 04/15 من حيث الجزاء، والقانون رقم 04/14 من حيث الإجراء.
