دور الوقف العلمي وأهميته في دعم البحث العلمي في العالم العربي

Résumé: ملخص : قلة وانعدام مصادر تمويل البحث العلمي يؤثر سلباً على مستقبل العلم في الجامعات ومراكز البحث العلمي في العالم الإسلامي، والعالم العربي، الأمر الذي يتطلب البحث عن مصادر جديدة للتمويل، وتكون فعالة إلى حد كبير لذا يحاول البحث إظهار دور الوقف في دعم البحث العلمي، من خلال إيضاح الآثار البارزة في هذا المجال عبر التجربة التاريخية الإسلامية و العربية قديما وحديثا، وتبيان النتائج الباهرة اليوم في الجامعات الغربية، التي استحوذت على المراكز الأولى في التصنيف العالمي في مجال الوقف العلمي وما يقدمه للبحث العلمي في العالم. الكلمات المفتاحية: الوقف، الوقف العلمي، البحث العلمي، الجامعات. Abstract : The lack of sources of funding for scientific research negatively affects the future of science in universities and scientific research centers in the Islamic world, and the Arab world, which requires the search for new sources of funding, and be very effective so the research tries to show the role of waqf in supporting scientific research, by clarifying The outstanding effects in this field through the Islamic and Arab historical experience, old and new, and the remarkable results today in western universities, which have captured the first place in the world rankings in the field of scientific endowment and what it offers for scientific research in the worldconflicts.
