دور عمليات إدارة المعرفة في نجاح التحول الرقمي في منظمات الأعمال
Résumé: حاولت هذه الدراسة استكشاف آليات نجاح التحول الرقمي للمنظمات والتعرف على دور عمليات إدارة المعرفة في نجاح هذا العملية بالنظر لتكامل الأهداف والأدوات (البيانات والمعلومات) بين كل من إدارة المعرفة التحول الرقمي. اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتوصلنا إلى نتائج، أهمها أن عمليات إدارة المعرفة هي أداة فعالة وعامل حاسم في نجاح عملية التحول الرقمي بالمنظمة بالنظر إلى كون المعلومات المستخدمة عبر التكنولوجيات الرقمية هي مدخلات لنظام إدارة المعرفة وعملياتها، والتحكم فيها يعتبر مفتاح نجاح التحول الرقمي والاندماج في الاقتصاد المبني على المعرفة This study explore s the mechanisms of success of digital transformation of organizations and identifys the role of knowledge management processes in the success of this process, given the integration of objectives and tools (data and information) between knowledge management and digital transformation. We used descriptive analytical approach, the most important result is that knowledge management processes are an effective tool and a decisive factor in the success of the digital transformation process in the organization and integration into the knowledge-based economy.
