دور التجارة البينية لدول إتحاد المغرب العربي في تعزيز تكاملها الاقتصادي

Résumé: الملخص: لقد تغيرت ملامح النّظام العالمي في ظل العولمة، والتكتلات الاقتصادية العالمية، و التحرير الاقتصادي وترابط المصالح بين الدول، وهو ما استوجب ضرورة تنمية التجارة البينية من أجل تأسيس كيان اقتصادي بين دول نفس المنطقة، و تعزيز الجهود المشتركة من أجل إرساء قواعد التعاون و التكامل الاقتصادي بين دول المغرب العربي، لدعم وتقوية اقتصادياتها حتى تتمكن من مواجهة التحديات التي تفرضها المتغيرات الدولية و الاندماج في الاقتصاد العالمي. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان دور التجارة البينية لدول إتحاد المغرب العربي في تعزيز تكاملها الاقتصادي، من خلال تنسيق السياسات و التعاملات الخارجية. الكلمات الدالة: التجارة البينية، إتحاد المغرب العربي، التكامل الاقتصادي. Abstract: The global system has changed under the globalization, global economic blocs, economic liberalization, and the interdependence of interests among countries, in which the countries throughout the world have formed many intra-regional trading blocs, to ensure the creation of an economic entity between the countries of the same region, and to strengthen joint efforts to establish rules of cooperation and economic integration between the Arab Maghreb countries, in order to support and strengthen their economies to meet the challenges posed by international changes, and the integration into the global economy. The goal of this study is to demonstrate and evaluate the role of intra-regional trade in the Arab Maghreb Union in promoting economic inte-gration, through their coordination in policies and foreign dealings.
