أثر محددات ولاء المستهلك للعلامة التجارية على قرار شراء المستهلك النهائي –دراسة عينة من مستهلكي موبيليس-

Résumé: نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر محددات ولاء المستهلك للعلامة التجارية على قرار شراء المستهلك النهائي، حيث تم طرح إشكالية رئيسية تدور حول أثر محددات ولاء المستهلك للعلامة التجارية موبيليس على قرار المستهلك، ولإختبار ذلك تم توزيع 300 إستبانة على مشتركي الشركة تم إسترجاع منها 280 منها 30 غير صالحة للتحليل لتبقى 250 إستبانة صالحة تم الإعتماد عليها في الدراسة، وبعد إجراء الإختبارات اللازمة من خلال برنامج spss تم التوصل إلى أن هناك علاقة طردية بين الولاء للعلامة والقرار الشرائي، كما توجد علاقة ذو دلالة إحصائية لمحددات ولاء المستهلك للعلامة التجارية موبيليس على قراره الشرائي. كما تم في الأخير تقديم العديد من الإقتراحات أهمها ضرورة التتبع المستمر لحالة مشتركي الشركة . Through this study, we aim to find out the impact of the consumer loyalty determinant of the brand on the final consumer purchase decision. A major problem has been the impact of the consumer loyalty determinant of the Mobilis brand on the consumer decision. To test this, 300 selections were distributed to the company's subscribers, of which 280 were retrieved, 30 of which were unfit for analysis, to remain the 250 valid resolution relied upon in the study. After the necessary tests were carried out through the Spss program, it was concluded that there was a direct relationship between loyalty to the label and the purchase decision, and a statistically significant relationship existed for the determinants of consumer loyalty to the Mobelis brand over its purchase decision. In the end, several suggestions were made, the most important of which was the need to keep track of the company's subscribers' situation.
