Résumé: In this brief study, we try to treat an important human subject which has been already interested by philosophers and still until now; it is "the subject of liberation". Thus we choose a present character who is theGerman philosopher "HERBERT MARKIOUZ". We study and analyze his thoughts and opinions about modern industrial society and the human suffering of slavery. Also he criticizes the Marxism revolution and suggests a new one leaded by educated people instead of workers. Then he imagines a new civilization depend on fiction exceeds the ugly fact. After that we criticize his thoughts and conclude that freedom can't be realized by fiction but by science and technology
