Résumé: ملخص: يعد العلامة ناصر الدين اللقاني (ت 958 ه) من أعلم الناس بمذهب مالك حتى لُقِّبَ بشيخ المالكية في الديار المصرية في زمنه، كما يعتبر من أعلم الناس بمختصر خليل وخبايا زواياه حيث شرح مقدمته واعتنى بالنظر فيه؛ فأثبت كثيرا مما له خدمة للمختصر الخليلي في حاشيته النفيسة على التوضيح للعلامة خليل، ومن هذا المنطلق يُطرحُ إشكال مفاده، كيف تعامل الناصر اللقاني مع مختصر خليل من خلال حاشيته على التوضيح لخليل بن إسحق؟ .Abstract: The scholar Nasir al-Din al-Laqani (d. 958 AH) is considered one of the most knowledgeable people in Malik’s doctrine, to the point that he considered one of the most knowledgeable people about Khalil’s clarification by the scholar Khalil. How did Al-Nasir Al-Laqani deal with Al-Mukhtasar Khalil through his commentary on the explanation by Khalil bin Ishaq?
