حجاجية الشاهد في كتاب "المستصفى من علم الأصول" لأبي حامد الغزالي

Résumé: الملخــص: يعد الحجاج أحد النظريات التداولية التي استقطبت اهتمام الدارسين؛ لأن الخطاب الحجاجي يختلف عن غيره من الخطابات، كونه يعتمد على تقنيات حجاجية توظف لغرض التأثير والإقناع. ومن بين هذه التقنيات الشاهد، وهو من أهم التقنيات الحجاجية التي يعمد المتكلم لتوظيفها في خطابه، لقوته الإقناعية والتأثيرية في المتلقي، ويتنوع الشاهد بحسب الموضوع الذي سيق من أجله، ولما كان كتاب "المستصفى" كتابا أصوليا، فقد ثبت أن الشواهد التي تم توسلها، تعتمد أساسا على الشاهد الديني، وهذا ما سنحاول توضيحه في هذا المقال. Abstract: Argumentation is one of the pragmatic theories that has attracted the scholars’ attention because the argumentative discourse differs from other discourses in the way it uses evidence for the sake of influence and persuasion. The use of the evidence is one of the techniques implemented by the speaker in his speech for its influential power and persuasive impact on the recipient. The evidence varies according to the context in which it is used. In the present context, the use of the evidence in the book of “Elmoustasfa” relies intensively on the religious proofs of the Quran and Hadith, which we attempt to explain in this paper.
