تقييم التسمية الشفهية والتسمية الكتابية لدى مريض الزهايمر درجة خفيفة Evaluation Of Verbal Naming And Written Naming In A Patient With Mild Alzheimer's Disease

Résumé: الملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقييم التسمية الشفهية والكتابية لدى المريض بالزهايمر في المرحلة الابتدائية، حيث تألفت مجموعة البحث من 04 حالات من كلا الجنسيين، اختيروا بطريقة قصدية من المجتمع الأصلي الذي يتمثل في المستشفى الجامعي فرانس فانون بالبليدة ودار المسنين بسيدي موسى ولاية الجزائر، إذ تم تطبيق منهج دراسة حالة مع استخدام اختبار الفحص المختصر المصغر للحالة العقلية (MMSE) بهدف تحديد درجة مرض الزهايمر، واختبار التسمية الشفهية والكتابية (DO80)، وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على ظهور اضطراب التسمية الشفهية مبكرا لدى المريض بالزهايمر، معاناة مريض الزهايمر من اضطراب التسمية الشفهية على المستوى الفونولوجي والدلالي، كما أنّ اضطراب التسمية الكتابية يمس المخزن الكتابي لدى المريض بالزهايمر. الكلمات المفتاحية: مرض الزهايمر، التسمية الشفهية، التسمية الكتابية. Abstract: The current study aimed to evaluate oral naming disorders and written naming disorders in Alzheimer’s patients at the elementary stage. The research involved 04 participants of both genders, selected purposively from the original community represented by the Frantz Fanon University Hospital in Blida and the Elderly Home in sidi Moussa in Algiers. A case study approach was applied using research tools, including the Mini-Mental state Examination (MMSE) to classify the degree of Alzheimer’s, as well as oral naming (DO80). the study reported the following findings: The oral naming difficulties appear early in Alzheimer’s patients. The Alzheimer’s patients suffer from oral naming challenges at both the phonological and semantic levels. The written naming disorder follows the same pattern as the oral naming disorder in Alzheimer’s patients. Key words : Alzheimer's disease, verbal naming, written naming.
