تطبيق اختبار التسمية الشفهية Do 80 في المجال الأرطوفوني وفق مقاربة عصبية لسانية (دراسة حالة مصابة بالزهايمر) Application Of The Do80 Oral Naming Test In The Speech Therapy Field According To A Neurolinguistic Approach (a Case Study Of Alzheimer’s Patient)

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم اضطراب التسمية الشفهية لدى مريض الزهايمر وفق مقاربة عصبية لسانية. حيث تمثلت أهمية هذا الاختبار في كونه أداة سهلة وواضحة يستعملها الأخصائي الأرطوفوني لتقييم اللغة الشفهية خاصة جانب الإنتاج منها في مجال الممارسة الأرطوفونية، وهو اختبار يعتمد على عرض صور سهلة وواقعية يكون مصدرها مأخوذ من البيئة المكيفة على المفحوص ويطلب منه تسميتها، ثم بعد ذلك يتم التحليل الكمي للنتائج المتحصل عليها ثم التحليل الكيفي في ضوء الجانب العصبي واللساني. ولهذا الغرض قمنا بتطبيقه على حالة مصابة بالزهايمر ، تبلغ من العمر 70 عاما تم اختيارها بأسلوب قصدي، وقد استخدمنا المنهج الإكلينيكي الذي يعتمد على التحليل الكمي والكيفي لنتائج الدراسة. أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود خلل واضطراب في التسمية الشفهية لدى المصاب بالزهايمر، حيث تمثلت هذه الأخطاء في غياب حاد للكلمة، الاستمرارية، الكثير من التكرار و البارافازيا الفونولوجية و خاصة الدلالية، وهو ما يدل على نجاعة الاختبار في الكشف عن هذا النوع من الأعراض التي تظهر أثناء وضعية الفحص اللغوي. The study aimed to apply the DO80 oral naming test on Alzheimer's patients using a neuro-linguistic approach. The significance of this test lies in its simplicity and clarity, utilized by speech therapists to assess oral language, particularly its production aspect in speech therapy practice. It relies on presenting realistic images derived from the patient's environment, prompting them to name them. Quantitative and qualitative analysis of the obtained results is then conducted in the context of the neurological and linguistic aspects. The test was applied to a 70-year-old Alzheimer's patient selected purposively. The clinical method, relying on quantitative and qualitative analysis of the study results, was utilized. The study revealed a defect and disorder in oral naming in Alzheimer's patients, manifested by a severe lack of the word, perseveration, frequent repetition, phonological paraphasia, especially semantic. This indicates the test's effectiveness in detecting these symptoms during the linguistic examination.
