Résumé: تتناول الدراسة في هذا البحث مسألة نظام تسليم المجرمين في جرائم الإرهاب والمرتكب بواسطة تقنية المعلومات وذلك من خلال البحث عن مدى تحقيق نظام تسليم المجرمين المنصوص عليه في الاتفاقية العربية لسنة 2010 لمكافحة فعالة لجرائم الإرهاب المرتكبة بواسطة تقنية المعلومات. The study in This research is concerned to extradition system for terrorism crimes by research for the extent to which the extradition system has been achieved to the Arab Convention 2010 to effectively combat terroristcrimes committed by information technology
