"وضع الأطفال اللاجئين في ظل القانون الدولي الإنساني"

Résumé: ملخص: تعتبر مشكلة اللاجئين بصفة عامة و الأطفال اللاجئين بصفة خاصة من قبل المشكلات العويصة و الخطيرة في عالمنا المعاصر.وتزداد معاناتهم مع زيادة النزاعات المسلحة ما يدعو بالقلق جراء الانتهاكات الخطيرة على حقوق هؤلاء الأطفال الذين يعانون من مشكلة اللجوء و مشكلة النزاعات المسلحة في آن واحد،ما أدى بالمجتمع الدولي لإبرام معاهدات دولية لحماية هؤلاء اللاجئين الأطفال زمن النزاعات المسلحة سواء دولية أو غير دولية، و ذلك عن طريق اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة لحماية المدنيين وقت الحرب لعام 1949والبروتوكولين الإضافيين لها لعام 1977 الأول المتعلق بحماية ضحايا المنازعات الدولية والثاني المتعلق بحماية ضحايا المنازعات الغير الدولية. :Abstract The problem of refugees in general and the refugee children in particular is considered to be among the most intractable and serious problems in our contemporary world. Their suffering is compounded with the increase of armed conflicts, which lead to anxiety towards the serious violations of the rights of these children, who suffer both the problem of asylum and the problem of armed conflicts. This has led the international community to conclude international treaties to protect these refugee children during the armed conflicts, whether international and non-international, by means of the Fourth Geneva Convention for the Protection of civilian people in time of War of 1949 and the two Additional Protocols thereto of 1977 relating to the protection of victims of international conflicts and the second on the protection of Victims of non-international conflicts.
