أثر التأمين الفلاحي على الأنتاج الفلاحي بالجزائر خلال 2000-2016 دراسة حالة الصندوق الجهوي لتعاون الفلاحي بورقلة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى البحث في اثر التامين الفلاحي كأداة من ادوات حماية من مخاطر الفلاحية وزيادة الاستثمار في مجال الفلاحة على تنمية القطاع الفلاحي و علاقة التي تربطهما خلال فترة 2000-2016 , ففي الدول المتقدمة يلعب التأمين الفلاحي دور كبيرا في التنمية الفلاحية وخلصت الدراسة الى ان تأثير التامين الفلاحي على التنمية الفلاحية ضعيف جدا , كما اظهرت الدراسة القياسية اجود علاقة قوية بين التامين الفلاحي والتنمية الفلاحية و قمنا بارجاع هذه العلاقة لاجود تشابك كبير بين مؤسسات التامين و الحكومة , لذلك فان اصلاحات في مجال التامين الفلاحي ام تحقق الاهداف المرجوة منها لعدم توفر مقومات نجاحها في الجزائر .This study aims to look at the impact of insurance farming as a tool of protection from agricultural risk tools and increased investment in agriculture on the agricultural sector development and the relationship that linked by during the period 2000-2016. In developed countries, insurance farming plays a major role in agricultural development and the study concluded that the impact of agricultural insurance on agricultural development is very weak, as the standard finest study showed a strong relationship between the agricultural insurance and agricultural development, and we have returns this relationship between the complexity of the finest large insurance institutions and the government, so the reforms in the field of agricultural insurance or achieve bitter goals Force them not to provide the elements of success in Algeria
