المقاربة الجزائرية في مجال مكافحة الإرهاب

Résumé: ملخص: مع اتساع دائرة العنف في الجزائر وما اتسمت به من وحشية في سنوات التسعينات ومغالاة في سفك للدماء، وما خلفته من جو يتسم بالرعب والفزع، بوجود خطر دائم يهدد الناس مما يجعل المجتمع في حالة ترقب وانتظار المجهول، وما لحق بالمجتمع من ضرر مادي ومعنوي على الأشخاص والممتلكات والاعتداء على المحيط وانطلاقا من المقاربة التي اعتمدتها الجزائر في مكافحة هذه الظاهرة، فقد بنت إستراتيجيتها بالموازات مع الاستراتيجية الأمنية على استراتيجية سياسية وأخرى تشريعية، حيث اعتمدت على تحديد العناصر التي تؤدي إلى الإرهاب ثم اتخاذ الآليات الواجب العمل بها لمواجهة هذه الظاهرة. Abstract: With the widening circle of violence in Algeria, the brutality that characterized it in the 1990s and the excessive bloodshed, and the atmosphere that left it terrified and terrified, there is a permanent danger that threatens people, leaving society in a state of anticipation and waiting for the unknown, and the material and moral harm it inflicts on people And property and aggression on the ocean, and based on the approach adopted by Algeria in combating this phenomenon, it has built its strategy in parallel with the security strategy on a political and legislative strategy, as it relied on identifying the elements that lead to terrorism and then taking the mechanisms that must be taken to confront this phenomenon.
