Résumé: الملخص: تُعدُّ ظاهرة الإرهاب من أهم سمات العصر الراهن سواءً كان إرهابا فرديا، أو إرهابا مُنظما، أو إرهاب دولة، لهذا بدأت أكثر الدول تُعِد العدة، وتَتخِذ كل الوسائل المتاحة لمواجهة كل حالات وأنواع الإرهاب من خلال الاتفاقيات والإعلانات، وفتح الحدود، وتجفيف منابع التمويل وغيرها. وباعتبار جريمة غسيل الأموال أهم المصادر التمويلية للجرائم الإرهابية، فقد استأثرت اهتماما متزايدا من مختلف السياسات في مختلف بلدان العالم لارتباط هذا النشاط بالجريمة المُنظَّمة بصورة عامة وما انعكس عليها من تمويل للإرهاب وتغذيةً لجذوره إلى درجة إن العديد من دول العالم أصبحت تربط ما بين جريمة غسيل الأموال وجريمة تمويل الإرهاب في العديد من نصوصها القانونية Summary : The phenomenon of terrorism is one of the most important features of the present era, whether it is individual terrorism, organized terrorism, or state terrorism.Therefore, most States are preparing several tools and taking all available means to confront all cases and types of terrorism through agreements and declarations, opening borders, and drying up the sources of funding and others. As the most important source of financing for terrorist crimes, money laundering has attracted increasing attention from various policies in different countries of the world as this activity is linked to the organized crime in general and its reflection of the financing of terrorism and nourish its roots to the extent that many countries of the world are linking money laundering crime.
