دور جهات التصديق الالكتروني في تحقيق الأمن في المعاملات الالكترونية

Résumé: لتوفير بيئة آمنة للمعاملات الالكترونية لابدّ من تدخل طرف ثالث بين المتعاملين يتمثل في جهة التصديق يمنح شهادات تحدد هوية المتعاملين وصحة التواقيع الصادرة منهم، وتضمن سلامة المحرر الالكتروني من أيّ تحايل أو تلاعب أو تغيير يحدث من قبل هؤلاء المتعاملين. ونظرا لأهمية وخطورة النتائج المترتبة عن التصديق أخضع المشرع الجزائري جهات التصديق الالكتروني لمجموعة من الالتزامات أثناء ممارسة مهامها، ورتب مسؤوليتها المدنية في حالة مخالفة هذه الالتزامات.
