Etude De La Cristallurie Des Sujets Diabétiques .
Résumé: In order to contribute to the study of the clinical, biological and parametric interest of crystallization in diabetic subjects, a series carries 36 diabetic patients in consultation in the laboratory of EPSP Sidi Ali -Mostaganem- . It was divided into 64% women and 36% men, with a sex ratio (H/F) of 0.56, whose population most affected by crystallization are the age group > 60 years and especially patients with type II diabetes. The majority crystalline form is Calcium Oxalate in both sexes with a percentage of 44.43% in women, followed by PCa 11.11%, Struvite 05.55 . The distribution of UAC varied considerably with the age range of 60 years in both sexes and present in men 8.33% and in women 2.77%, and we note the absence of UAC in the age group<40. Our study population shows values of HbA1c above 6%, while only 8.33% exhibit values below 6% .This result shows that the majority of these patients studied have unbalanceddiabetes. According to the Calciuria dosage, hyper-calciuria is noted in both sexes with anaverage of 280.12 ± 16.31 in men and 211, 55 ± 98, 70 in women, in the age group > 60 yearsold. Examination of crystalluria is an essential laboratory test to detect and monitorpathological conditions, which can induce urolithiasis and especially in type I and II diabetics.
