المرجعية التاريخية للأحزاب السياسية في الجزائر

Résumé: إن التجربة الحزبية في الجزائر عريقة ، فنشأتها تعود إلى بداية القرن العشرين حيث نشأت أحزاب سياسية في ظل الإدارة الاستعمارية منذ بداية الاحتلال الفرنسي سنة 1830 ،واستمرت هذه التجربة الحزبية في تطور إلى غاية يومنا هذا . وأهم ما خلصنا إليه من نتائج هو أن التجربة الحزبية في الجزائر تجربة متميزة ،وغنية بالعبر التي يمكن الاستفادة منها لبناء حياة سياسية مستقره ،ورغم أن هذه الأخيرة في مرحلة تكوينية لكنها تعتبر متقدمة مقارنة بمسار الديمقراطية في دول العالم الثالث والدول العربية الأخرى ،والواضح أن ما يعرقل اكتمال نضج المسار الحزبي في الجزائر هو تنظيم النشاط الحزبي بقوانين مرحلية تصدر لمواجهة مرحلة معينة فلا تتسم بالاستقرار والثبات . The partisan experience in Algeria is ancient, and its origins go back to the beginning of the twentieth century, when political parties arose under the colonial administration since the beginning of the French occupation in 1830, and this partisan experience continued to develop until the present day. The most important of our results is that the partisan experience in Algeria is a distinct experience, rich in lessons that can be used to build A stable political life, although the latter is in a formative stage, but it is considered advanced compared to the path of democracy in third world countries and other Arab countries, and it is clear that what impedes the completion of the maturity of the partisan path in Algeria is the organization of partisan activity with interim laws issued to confront a certain stage that is not characterized by stability and constancy.
