الآليات القانونية لمكافحة السرقة العلمية في البيئة الجامعية في ضوء القرار الوزاري رقم 933
Résumé: ملخص: تعتبر السرقة العلمية جريمة أخلاقية قبل أن تكون جريمة علمية تتنافى مع مبدأ الأصالة والأمانة العلمية التي يجب أن تتسم بها البحوث العلمية والرسائل والأطروحات الأكاديمية. وفي سبيل الحد من تداعيات هذه الظاهرة و تأثيرها السلبي على الجامعة الجزائرية، فقد أصدرت وزارة التعليم العالي و البحث العلمي القرار الوزاري رقم 933 بتاريخ 28/07/2016 و الذي حاول الإحاطة بالعديد من جوانب هذه الظاهرة، بدءا بتعريفها ثم النص على بعض التدابير للتصدي لهذه الجريمة ومكافحتها. Abstract: Scientific theft is a moral crime before it is a scientific crime that is incompatible with the principle of originality and scientific honesty that must be characterized by scientific research, letters and academic theses. In order to reduce the repercussions of this phenomenon and its negative impact on the Algerian University, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research issued Ministerial Resolution No. 933 on 28/07/2016, which tried to take note of many aspects of this phenomenon, starting with the definition and then the provision of some measures To address this crime and combat it.
