Contribution À L'identification Du Mode De Production Dans Le Réservoir De Quartzites De Hamra Cas D'étude : Champ De Hassi Terfa
Résumé: Tight reservoirs are increasingly gaining the interest of the oil and gas industry world widely, it is the case of Hamra Quartzites formation in Algeria which contains an enormous potential that still remain under developed. The main purpose of this work is to identify the production mode of the Hassi Terfa field by characterizing the most contributing intervals. To recognize and identify those production areas we used a combination between classic logging method and production logging results (PLT). Then we appealed for a fractal study in the concerned intervals based on a core description and a wellbore image analysis which both denied the responsibility of fracking in the production of those wells, so the incompatibility of the admitted scenario. Finally we made an effort of characterization to identify an alternative production mode by combining the disciplines of sedimentology, petrography and diagenesis. This part illustrated the contribution of the matrix and its’ porous phase in enhancing well productivity which confirmed the scenario of matrix production.
