Résumé: This article deals with approaching the theory of the concept « ethics » and its link the revalue of the scientific research findings, as the abore concept interverres o lot with the scientific research exists. In the third world especially in the Arab countries, the development targeted oblige the local anthorities set a detailed palan to manage the scientific research to ensure quality for its existic . A today challenge resides in how to change the scientific product into an economic and social one. Key words ; ethics, scientific research, revalue of finding يتناول المقال مقاربة نظرية لمفهوم البحث العلمي وعلاقته بأخلاقيات مهنة البحث باعتباره مفهوم يتداخل كثيرا مع مخرجات البحث العلمي، فالتنمية المنشودة في الكثير من دول العالم الثالث لا سيما العربية منها تفرض على المعنيين برسم سياسات المجتمع وضع خطة دقيقة ومدروسة لتسيير و إدارة البحث العلمي حتى نضمن جودة في مخرجاته تكون قابلة للثمين، فالتحدي المطروح حاليا هو كيفية تحويل المنتوج العلمي الأكاديمي إلى منتوج اقتصادي واجتماعي وتحويل المعرفة إلى تكنولوجيا كي تصبح مشاريع اقتصادية ربحية حقيقية. الكلمات المفتاحية : أخلاقيات المهنة ، البحث العلمي، تثمين النتائج.
